Free range, homemade black pudding. Our customers rave about our black pudding on our “Whole Hog” Breakfasts. We did thorough taste testing with our customers in store whilst developing our recipe and we have several “black pudding expert critiques” that have enabled us to produce this “must have” on a Traditional English Fry up, or for a fine dining experience try it with Scallops, just delicious.
